Enjoy a breathtaking ocean view while sipping delightful Kona coffee from the comfort of your private lanai. Our clean, well maintained condo is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It includes a full kitchen, living/dining room area and lanai. The kitchen has a pantry, plenty of cabinet space and all major appliances: dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. There is also plenty of dishware, cookware and silverware to make meal preparation easy when dining in. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, linens, full closets with hangers, dressers and nightstands. Ceiling fans are included in all rooms to circulate the soothing ocean breezes. The 2nd bathroom also has a washer/dryer. The property amenities include an elevator, a private pool with an ocean view, BBQ, and 1 assigned parking space. The grounds are well kept with trees, plants and flowers that attract colorful birds. Spectacular sunsets are included each evening for free. Our condo is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood within a few miles from the town of Kailua-Kona and close to various shopping centers. There is a wonderful walking/biking trail just blocks from the condo which many guests have enjoyed to welcome the start of each morning. A variety of nearby public beaches lend themselves to snorkeling, surfing, picnicing or just to hear the rythmn of ocean waves or view the sea creatures basking in the sun. We also have brochures of possible adventures to contemplate and even the name and number of a booking agent which serves our guests with answers to questions and suggestions for island things to do. Our intention is to provide a relaxing place to spend time to really enjoy the magic and spirit of Hawaii.
